Despite the size of the hotel, I did not hear any noise from other rooms or corridors. The rooms are comfortable, equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, en-suite bathrooms, and a TV. The hotel offers standard amenities seen in this chain.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, just a ten-minute walk from Piccadilly and close to Canal Street. The staff were amazing, so friendly, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone thinking about staying here. The room on the 2nd floor was clean, spacious, and very quiet, which was a huge plus for me.

Staying in the room on the same floor as the main restaurant & bar area wasn't ideal due to noise from bottle bin emptying late at night. The room was unclean and had a musty smell that could have been improved with better ventilation. However, the hotel is perfectly located for exploring the city and has excellent transport links. The dining experience, while decent, had some room for improvement with temperature control. The staff were friendly but could benefit from a cleaner environment.
